Verda AgroLimited · IT Practice

Practice · Services

The full engineering practice, described plainly.

Every service below is delivered by senior Verda engineers, staffed from the proposal onwards. We publish this list so that clients arriving with a specific problem can see, before writing to us, whether the work sits inside our practice.

01

Custom Software Development

Bespoke systems written in typed languages, with an emphasis on maintainability, testability and operational fit. We build backend platforms, APIs, workflow tools and the internal systems that run a business — starting from the business problem, not the technology.

02

Web Development

Server-rendered and interactive web applications built on modern React frameworks with careful attention to performance, accessibility and SEO. We treat the front end as a real engineering discipline, not a decoration on top of the API.

03

Mobile Development

Native and cross-platform mobile applications built with an eye on the operational reality — offline resilience, background sync, secure storage, sensible update strategies, and the compliance requirements of the client's industry.

04

Cloud Computing

Cloud architectures on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. We favour boring, observable designs; infrastructure defined in code and reviewed like application changes; managed services chosen for their support horizon rather than their novelty.

05

DevOps

CI/CD, environment management, deployment automation and the operational rituals that make production a predictable place. We build pipelines that engineers trust and that produce evidence for compliance without additional effort.

06

Cybersecurity

Security engineering embedded in the build. Threat models, least-privilege identity, encrypted data flows, monitored perimeters and audit trails designed for evidence. Compliance alignment with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI DSS.

07

Artificial Intelligence

Applied AI where the value is measurable and the failure modes are understood. Retrieval-augmented systems, classification pipelines, agentic workflows and evaluation harnesses — treated as engineering, not marketing.

08

Machine Learning

Model development, training infrastructure, evaluation and monitoring. We build the pipelines around models with as much rigour as the models themselves, so drift and regression are caught before they reach users.

09

Data Engineering

Ingest, transformation, warehousing and semantic layers. We build data platforms with tested transformations, clear lineage, and interfaces analysts trust enough to make decisions from.

10

Business Intelligence

Dashboards and reporting built on top of well-modelled data, with the analytical logic in version control rather than trapped inside a visualisation tool. We favour a small set of trusted reports over a sprawl of ad-hoc ones.

11

System Integration

Connecting the systems a business already runs — ERPs, CRMs, warehouse systems, legacy applications — through resilient, observable interfaces. We treat integration as a first-class engineering problem, not a script.

12

IT Consulting

Short, concentrated engagements producing written architectures, delivery plans and technical due diligence memos. The output stands on its own; roughly half the time clients act on it without our further involvement.

13

Digital Transformation

Sequenced modernisation of legacy systems and workflows. We reduce, replace and retire without pausing operations, and we resist the temptation to reinvent parts of the business that are working well.

14

Maintenance & Support

Managed engagements for systems we have built, and occasionally for systems we have inherited. Every managed engagement comes with a written service description, an escalation path with names, and monthly reporting on incidents and health.

Note on scope

If a service you need is not on this list, write anyway. We would rather point a request toward a firm better suited to it than take on work that does not fit the practice.
